Job Description

We are looking for an Entry-Level Systems Analyst to support the monitoring, analysis, and performance optimization of tolling systems. This position is full-time, onsite, and based in Orlando, FL.

Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Do

  • Analyze tolling systems to ensure maximum operational efficiency and performance

  • Monitor and evaluate daily and weekly lane performance reports and dashboards

  • Perform hyper care monitoring for newly implemented and upgraded toll lanes

  • Complete training and execute basic Lane/Plaza Fault Isolation activities

  • Investigate and analyze discrepancies reported by Operations, Finance, and Maintenance teams

  • Assist in identifying system issues and support resolution efforts to maintain uptime and reliability

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tolling system performance and operational processes

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with Linux commands and server support fundamentals

  • Basic SQL query writing skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment

Preferred:

  • Experience developing or working with Excel macros and Visual Basic

  • Knowledge of Excel Pivot Tables
