What You'll Do
Customer Service & Resident Relations
โ€ข Greet prospective residents and create a welcoming experience
โ€ข Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist residents professionally
โ€ข Build relationships with current and future residents
โ€ข Help resolve questions and concerns with a positive attitude
โ€ข Follow up with prospects and residents in a timely manner
Leasing
โ€ข Tour apartment homes and community amenities
โ€ข Explain pricing, availability, and lease terms clearly
โ€ข Practice the ABCs, Always Be Closing
โ€ข Assist with applications, paperwork, and move-in coordination
โ€ข Help keep model units clean, organized, and ready for tours
Marketing & Community Outreach

โ€ข Support social media and community marketing efforts
โ€ข Shop competitors and stay informed about the local market
