Are you an experienced leasing professional who knows how to market a community, generate traffic, convert prospects into residents, and close leases?
The Reserve at Thunderbird is looking for an experienced, energetic, sales-driven Leasing Agent who is ready to hit the ground running. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands the leasing process and can confidently manage the prospect experience from the first phone call through application and move-in.

What You'll Be Doing
This position is much more than sitting behind a leasing desk. We need someone who is comfortable getting out into the community, creating relationships, and generating new traffic.
You will:
  • Proactively market the property and generate new prospects
  • Conduct outreach marketing and build relationships with local businesses and community partners
  • Respond quickly and professionally to internet, telephone, and walk-in leads
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and turn leads into appointments
  • Conduct engaging and professional property and apartment tours
  • Know how to sell the community and close the lease
  • Process rental applications accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain prospect and resident information in Yardi
  • Understand leasing paperwork, application processing, screening, and move-in procedures
  • Follow up on outstanding documentation and keep applications moving
  • Provide top-notch customer service to prospects and current residents
  • Assist with resident retention and community events
  • Maintain a professional, polished, and welcoming leasing-office environment
  • Work closely with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to meet occupancy and leasing goals

Requirements
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who can come in with experience and make an immediate impact.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous multifamily/apartment leasing experience required
  • Hands-on experience with Yardi strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of the complete apartment application and leasing process
  • Proven ability to generate leads, conduct tours, follow up, and close leases
  • Strong sales and marketing instincts you aren't afraid to get out of the office and find prospects
  • Excellent customer-service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong telephone, email, and in-person communication skills
  • Professional, polished, and confident presentation appropriate for a customer-facing leasing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and applications simultaneously
  • Dependability, initiative, and a strong sense of accountability
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to the property's overall goals
