  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Gain hands-on experience supporting employee learning and professional development programs.
  • Help deliver onboarding, skill-building, and leadership development opportunities for employees across the organization.
  • Develop valuable skills in training coordination, communication, data analysis, and program administration.
  • Learn how Learning & Development supports employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
  • Work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment focused on learning, mentorship, and professional growth.
