Position Overview:
Driver / Landscape Team Member:
We are currently seeking a reliable and highly motivated Driver and Landscape Team Member to join our growing crew. The primary requirement for this role is a valid, clean driver's license, as the candidate will be responsible for driving and maneuvering a truck pulling a 16ft tandem axle trailer. While prior landscaping experience is not required, the ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, high integrity, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist our landscape and construction crews with daily operations on high-end residential job sites.
  • Perform a variety of physical labor tasks necessary to build and maintain premium landscapes.
  • Support the team in preparing sites, planting, moving materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
  • Adapt to daily changes in tasks and work locations as project demands require.

Requirements:
  • Valid Driver’s License: (Required) Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Punctuality: Must be extremely reliable and always show up on time and ready to work.
  • Work Ethic & Integrity: Must possess a strong, positive work ethic and demonstrate high personal and professional integrity.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work wherever necessary and take on a variety of tasks to support the team.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in the Houston climate.
  • Experience in landscaping is a plus, but we are willing to train the right entry-level candidate who brings the right attitude.
