We are currently looking for an experienced Exotic Automotive Technician who is comfortable working independently on high-value vehicles and taking ownership of complex work. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with the diagnostic ability, mechanical experience, and attention to detail required to diagnose, repair, modify, disassemble, and reassemble these vehicles.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance issues on exotic and high-performance vehicles.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, major mechanical repairs, and general service.
  • Diagnose and repair engine, cooling, electrical, suspension, steering, and braking systems.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, factory service information, and technical documentation.
  • Use professional diagnostic equipment and software to identify and troubleshoot faults.
  • Perform extensive disassembly and reassembly for repairs, modifications, and complete vehicle builds.
  • Install performance components including exhaust systems, suspension, wheels, body kits, carbon-fiber components, and aero.
  • Perform Brabus and other high-end aftermarket and performance builds with proper fitment, functionality, and finish.
  • Follow torque specifications, factory procedures, and manufacturer service information.
  • Road-test vehicles and perform final fitment and quality-control inspections.
  • Organize hardware and components during complex jobs and protect vehicles throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and a clean, organized work area.

We Are Looking For:

  • Professional automotive technician experience, required.
  • Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting ability.
  • Hands-on experience with exotic or high-performance European vehicles, strongly preferred.
  • Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Porsche, Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Mercedes-AMG, or equivalent experience, highly desirable.
  • Experience with Brabus, Mansory, Novitec, or other high-end aftermarket and performance builds, preferred.
  • Experience with extensive disassembly and reassembly, performance modifications, and major mechanical repairs.
  • Comfortable reading wiring diagrams, factory procedures, and technical service information.
  • Experience with professional diagnostic equipment and software.
  • Ability to independently diagnose and complete work without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and pride in workmanship.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred, not required, for an otherwise highly qualified candidate.

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and skill level.
  • Opportunity to work on exclusive vehicles, complex repairs, performance modifications, and high-end custom builds alongside an experienced team.

Location: Burbank, CA

Position: Full-time, in person
