POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

This is an Entry Level Production Worker’s position who’s responsible for producing high quality inks for our customers while maintaining a safe work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures.  

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

 

  • Operate various machinery throughout the site following proper procedures and safety protocols.
  • Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Review batch tickets to assure understanding of the production to be manufactured
  • Enter raw materials in the sequence designated
  • Provide samples to the Quality Control (QC) lab for inspection
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support a positive work environment and achieve production goals
  • Willing to train right candidate to combo operator level.

 

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Repeatedly able to lift 45 lbs.
  • Working and standing for long periods of time
  • Certified to operate Stand Up Forklift

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

  • 1+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
  • Experience w/batch tickets
