Responsibilities:
As the Technician I, Service Operations, you will be a key contributor to the success of the Global Robotics Service and Support, Service Operations team. You will:
  • Organize and maintain lab cleanliness and product movements.
  • Assist in technical troubleshooting, escalation management, failure analysis, and system performance inspections for the Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) global service operations and regional service teams.
  • Perform various duties in electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment, components, devices, and systems.
  • Follow schematics, engineering drawings, and verbal instructions.
