Major Duties :
1. Issues trade confirmation, statements and reports to investors and dealing with investor queries.
2. Completes all appropriate AML, KYC and client verification checks.
3. Assists with Issuing and maintaining a record of share registers, if applicable.
4. Assists with redemption payments and maintains client subscription bank accounts.
5. Identifies and manages investor problems/issues and participate in their resolution.
6. Assists in the underlying investor audits.
7. Carries out activities with financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
Knowledge :
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
Highly flexible and adaptable to change
Technical skills / systems knowledge is required
Experience :
A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred. Related Industry qualification (e.g. ACCA) is preferred. May be entry level.
Salary Range:
$45,600 - 68,400 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
