Entry Level Client Representative

Barkley Reserve is hiring motivated, outgoing, and career-minded individuals to join our growing team as Entry Level Client Representatives.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and learning new skills.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship to help you build confidence and develop the skills needed for long-term success.

What You'll Do

As an Entry Level Client Representative, you will:

• Interact directly with customers and potential customers
• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Represent our clients and their products with integrity
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Communicate customer needs and feedback with your team
• Learn and apply sales and marketing strategies
• Work toward individual and team goals
• Track performance and key results
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Weekly pay in uncapped commissions average $65,000-85,000 annually plus bonuses and additional incentives

Qualifications
