Gain America's Early Careers program places new and recent graduates into entry-level Junior Business Analyst roles with leading employers across the Long Island, NY area. Bridge business and technology teams, learning to turn needs into clear requirements. This is a launchpad: you'll gain real production experience with mentorship and structured onboarding.
We welcome new graduates and students, including candidates on OPT, CPT, or STEM-OPT work authorization.
Work model: Hybrid / on-site • Long Island, NY
You'll work with: requirements gathering, documentation, SQL, Agile/Scrum, stakeholder communication
What you'll do
  • Gather and document business and functional requirements
  • Support user-story writing and backlog grooming
  • Run basic data analysis with SQL and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate between stakeholders and delivery teams

What you bring
  • A degree in business, IT, or a related field
  • Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum concepts
  • Curiosity about how software delivers business value
