A prominent multispecialty litigation law firm seeks an Entry Level paralegal to support Sr-level Litigation Paralegals and Attorneys, to join the team!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm setting. Litigation experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience summarizing medical records and placing in chronological order.
  • Experience monitoring deadlines, process case mail;
  • Draft discovery for litigation;
  • Draft correspondence;
  • Experience scheduling of depositions/ etc....
  • A Bachelor degree, Associates and/or paralegal certificate is required;
  • Experienced insurance defense litigation legal assistants are urged to apply;
  • Experience Plaintiff's paralegals are urged to apply;
  • Experience with dictation;
  • Case management software experience;
  • MUST have the ability to review, organize and control related documents;
  • Highly proficient with computer technology;
  • Teachable with excellent time management skills;
  • Excellent TYPING skills and dictation experience;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Knowledge time billing software;
