Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions. This role is 100% remote, requiring excellent communication and self-management skills.

Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions for optimization. Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.

Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making. Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance.

Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and timelines. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on system implementations. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 1+ year of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Experience with process modeling and business intelligence tools. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, technology). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana). Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or similar) is a plus.
