Job description

Entry-Level Jeweler / Polisher
Compensation: $18–$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | On-site in Boynton Beach, FL
We’re hiring a Jeweler Apprentice / Polisher to join our workshop.
This role is for someone who either:
Has basic experience in jewelry polishing or comes from a hands-on trade and wants to learn bench jewelry work.
You’ll be working with small parts, tools, and fine details every day. This is hands-on, repetitive work that requires focus and consistency.
Responsibilities:

  • Polish rings and fine jewelry before and after stone setting,
  • Perform rhodium plating and finishing,
  • Check pieces for quality and consistency,
  • Assist with basic workshop tasks and repairs

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of polishing experience or hands-on trade background (mechanic, technician, etc.).
  • Good hand skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with small, delicate items.
  • Reliable and consistent at work.
  • Willing to learn and take direction.
