Dezign Concepts is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to join a multidisciplinary application development team supporting mission applications. The team will design and develop end-to-end application capabilities using Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, AWS services, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, REST, and related technologies.
What You Will Do
  • Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary application development team.
  • Develop full stack Java applications using modern back-end, cloud, database, and user-interface technologies.
  • Use JIRA to support application development activities and team coordination.
  • Translate user requirements into end-to-end designs for applications and databases.
  • Support application designs that may include multiple interfaces to other applications or supporting database systems.
  • Contribute to data-model enhancements involving graph databases and link analysis formats.
  • Develop link analysis visualizations for use within the application user interface.

Required Experience
  • Demonstrated experience using JIRA.
  • Demonstrated experience working on multidisciplinary application development teams.
  • The application team must collectively possess demonstrated full stack Java application development experience.
  • The application team must collectively possess demonstrated experience with Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, AWS services, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, and REST.
  • At least one resource on the application team must possess demonstrated experience using ArangoDB.

Desired Experience
  • Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor's cyber operations mission applications.
  • Demonstrated experience with Elasticsearch and OAuth 2.0. This experience may be possessed collectively across the application team.
  • Experience adapting a system data model to include a graph database and link analysis format.
  • Experience developing link analysis visualizations for use within an application user interface.
  • Demonstrated experience translating user requirements into end-to-end designs for applications and databases that may involve multiple interfaces to other applications or supporting database systems.
