Overview

The Software Engineer builds and supports backend application functionality for the Marketing Technology team, contributing to services, APIs, integrations, and internal platform improvements.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain backend application features and service logic for Marketing Technology products and platforms.

  • Build and support APIs, data flows, and service integrations used by web and internal applications.

  • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code review, testing, and debugging across environments.

  • Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and backend teammates to deliver features end to end.

  • Help improve system reliability, documentation, and deployment quality as part of the team's normal engineering workflow.

  • Support production troubleshooting and continuous improvement of development practices and tooling.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in backend or full-stack product development.

  • Experience with one or more modern programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or Go.

  • Familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud environments, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.

  • Strong collaboration skills, curiosity, and a practical problem-solving mindset.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $79,200.00 - $146,504.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
