The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of CISO department and IAM team, the  Security Analytics Analyst will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive reporting systems and business metrics that support the organization's decision-making process.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards to visualize data to convey a business narrative and drive decision making using Identity & Access Management (IAM) metrics regarding:
    • Assets under management
    • Business-as-Usual (BAU) activity
    • Risk level
    • Project-based efforts
  • Develop and maintain data integration from various data database and file sources.
  • Develop and maintain data collection and dissemination workflows to drive enablement and adoption of IAM practices. 

**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. ** 

Qualifications:

  • Entry Level - internship experience highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

  • General understanding of Information Technology systems. 
  • General understanding of data analysis and statistical modeling techniques and their application, e.g., classification models, clustering analysis, prescriptive analysis, etc.
  • Some experience with any of the common business intelligence and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Some experience coding in any of the common languages like SQL, Python, Java, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills with a customer service orientation.
  • Ability to interact with product manager, technical engineer, and operations teams
  • Highly motivated self-learner, able to handle multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Some understanding of Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management is a plus.
  • Some understanding of financial markets is a plus.
