Who You Are

Working directly with our team of engineers, you will be responsible for the first level of support for our partners. You will be the face our company to our partners. The more prompt, professional, and accurate you will be, the happier our partners will be.

Your Skills and Background:
  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years in a help desk or equivalent role
  • Experience with remote monitoring and ticketing software (preferred)
  • Basic networking, server and hardware knowledge
  • COMPTIA A+ and Network+ Certifications (preferred)
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Patience to deal with difficult people and situations (both onsite and via phone)
  • Current driverโ€™s license and access to a vehicle to be used for scheduled and emergency onsite appointments
  • Motivated to learn and adapt to areas you may be unfamiliar with
What You Will Do
  • Provide basic to mid-level IT tech support to our partners via onsite and remote means
  • Engineer long-term solutions
  • Monitor the progress of tickets and key partner support metrics
  • Thoroughly document issues and resolutions and communicate with the team
  • Setup hardware for installation and perform onsite deployments
  • Provide best practices in your areas of expertise, taking on ownership and responsibility of at least one area
  • Work with vendors to resolve partner issues
  • Adapt to changing and varied workflow
  • Use your knowledge and expertise to continually improve processes and partner support
