Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks, and maintaining the security and integrity of our data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees for computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
  • Monitor and maintain network and system security, including backups and disaster recovery plans
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates to computer systems and software
  • Train employees on new software and hardware as needed
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and licenses
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related role
