Location (city, state): Tulsa or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Pay: $65,000 - $85,000 annually depending on experience

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-5pm

About The Company:

Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support a large-scale technology initiative. This role will work with project leadership and cross-functional teams to help keep project activities, communication, documentation, and deliverables on track.

Job Description:

The IT Project Coordinator will assist with a major integration modernization initiative involving the transition from a legacy integration platform to a modern solution. This position will support project planning, scheduling, documentation, status tracking, and coordination between technical and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project leadership with planning, coordination, and execution of integration modernization activities.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and potential risks.
  • Assist with integration assessments, migration planning, testing, deployment preparation, and post-launch activities.
  • Coordinate communication and activities between technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and other project groups.
  • Schedule and organize project meetings, workshops, status updates, and governance meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and document key discussions, decisions, and follow-up items.
  • Maintain action-item lists and follow up with team members to help keep projects moving.
  • Identify project issues, delays, resource concerns, and other risks and communicate them to project leadership.
  • Help maintain clear and consistent communication across project teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
