Job description

MTSI is seeking a highly motivated Information Technology student for a cooperative educational (Coop) position in our Huntsville, AL office. Responsibilities: Actively participate in the day-to-day lab related activities of the Army Field Integration team. Will be trained to provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.

Review existing technical solutions for improvements and efficiencies of our software modules. Help perform analysis of system operations and troubleshooting of operating systems/database management and network systems. Utilize analytical data to identify operational trends and implement escalation and resolution techniques Qualifications: Full time student, majoring in Information Technology or related degree.

Initiative, positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Excellent organizational skills Professional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to adapt well to different situations and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale Clearance Requirements: Ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance. Please Note: U.S. Citizenship is required for most MTSI positions
