Job location:  101 NE 3rd Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, suite# 1650

Hours: Mon- Fri 8-5



Job Summary

Assignment Duration:2-3 months (possible extension)

Knowledge: Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with sensitive information.

Mandatory skill: Maintain Confidentiality

Duties: • Sorting and categorizing HR files. • Verifying whether each record is associated with an active or inactive employee. • Logging items accurately into an Excel spreadsheet. • Maintaining strict confidentiality of all employees and organizational records.

BG CHECKS: Standard Background Check, Statewide Criminal Search (Past 7 years), SSN Trace, Sex Offender List.

Client needs someone with experience dealing with confidential documents and data entry. It is a very tedious project and strong attention to detail will be important.
