We're looking for an Inventory Manager to join our team. Our Inventory Managers work onsite at our customers' manufacturing facilities and ensure that our tool & MRO industrial vending machines are always stocked with the products our customers need. This is an entry level role, so this is a great opportunity to learn the tool & MRO business and establish relationships with your assigned customers. Top performers in this role will also be eligible for promotion to other positions on this team, on the Sales team, etc.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver, receive, and stock our customers' products in our tool & MRO industrial vending machines
  • Proactively monitor customers' open orders to ensure prompt delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor utilization data to establish order plans that are aligned with department goals and ensure adequate stock levels of consignment and non-consignment inventory
  • Effectively coordinate with Area Sales Manager regarding customer accounts, issues, and feedback on operation status.
  • Prepare, complete, and distribute system generated reports as required
  • Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy for each machine at each customer
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Assist with other projects & duties when the business needs require

Experience and Skills
THE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
  • Some college coursework completed; training from a trade school
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be age 21+ in order to drive a company vehicle
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Proficient use of a Windows computer and Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Self-directed and possesses a high level of productivity, personal organization, and attention to detail
  • Customer-centric attitude and a desire to grow with & contribute to customer-focused company
  • Strong communication skills including verbal and interpersonal are required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs
  • Must be able to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift
