About the Role
We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to help maintain accurate inventory and ensure produce is properly tracked, rotated, and accounted for throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
  • Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory
  • Track incoming and outgoing produce
  • Verify quantities, labels, and lot information
  • Monitor damages, spoilage, product quality, and adjustments
  • Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation
  • Update inventory in warehouse/WMS systems
  • Support inventory audits and reporting
  • Coordinate with receiving, shipping, warehouse, and management teams
  • Keep inventory organized and accurate

Qualifications
  • Previous inventory control or warehouse experience preferred
  • Produce, food distribution, or perishable-product experience is a plus
