Product Owner | Bolingbrook, Illinois, United States Job Summary: Product Owner, Customer Analytics (Martech, Personalization, CJA) Location: Bolingbrook, IL (Remote flexibility) Job Type: Corp-to-Corp (C2C) About the Role Join our innovative digital team as a Product Owner, Customer Analytics, and drive the next generation of personalized customer experiences. You'll lead the delivery, adoption, and optimization of customer analytics capabilities, enabling data-driven personalization and experimentation across digital channels. If you are passionate about customer insights, digital measurement, and agile product ownership, this is a career-defining opportunity to impact business outcomes and customer journeys. Responsibilities - Champion the agile development lifecycle, leading sprint ceremonies, product demos, and release planning. - Define, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs; translate business needs into actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, and Experience teams to build and enhance customer analytics and personalization frameworks. - Drive the implementation and governance of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Target measurement, and A/B testing strategies. - Ensure analytics solutions deliver actionable insights on customer behavior, engagement, and retention to inform product enhancements. - Partner with stakeholders to establish measurement requirements, KPIs, and standardized reporting for personalized digital experiences. - Lead continuous product improvement cycles based on data insights, user feedback, and experimentation results. - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, analytics, and engineering teams, managing dependencies and facilitating prioritization discussions. Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. - 4+ years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years as a Product Owner in an agile (scrum) environment. - Proven experience in digital or eCommerce settings; Martech and Adobe Journey Optimizer expertise are must-haves. - Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and SharePoint. - Demonstrated leadership in agile environments-facilitating ceremonies, backlog management, release planning, and user story development. - Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder influence skills. - Analytical problem-solver with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement. Preferred Skills - Experience implementing and optimizing personalization using Adobe Experience Platform. - Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and advanced data segmentation strategies.
