Worldwide Reinsurance Limited (WRe) is an international reinsurance company providing innovative risk solutions to clients in more than 50 countries. We specialize in underwriting complex risks across Property, Marine, Aviation, Liability, Surety, and other specialty lines.

We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail oriented individual looking to build a long term career in one of the most specialized sectors of the insurance industry. No prior reinsurance experience is required. We are looking for someone with strong analytical ability and a genuine desire to learn.

Position Summary

As an Entry Level Risk Analyst, you will work alongside underwriters to evaluate insurance and reinsurance risks from around the world. Through structured training, mentorship, and hands on experience, you will develop the technical knowledge needed to analyze exposures, evaluate underwriting information, and support risk selection decisions.

This position is ideal for recent graduates, career changers, or professionals with strong analytical skills who enjoy solving problems, working with data, and making informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Review insurance and reinsurance submissions.

* Analyze underwriting information and exposure data.

* Assist underwriters with evaluating and pricing risks.

* Review claims histories and loss trends.

* Prepare underwriting summaries, reports, and presentations.

* Maintain accurate records within company systems.

* Communicate professionally with brokers, clients, and internal departments.

* Data entry into IT platform.

* Assist with portfolio analysis and special projects.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* College degree preferred (not required), or an equivalent combination of education, professional experience, and demonstrated analytical ability.

This position begins as a part-time paid training opportunity designed to provide practical experience and structured instruction in reinsurance underwriting.

Training Position

Successful trainees may be offered a full-time salaried position based on performance, aptitude, and successful completion of the training program.
