Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Leitung und Umsetzung internationaler Lean Six Sigma-Projekte: Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von komplexen Verbesserungsprojekten an allen globalen Liveo-Standorten zur Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen, Reduktion von Kosten und Steigerung der Qualität
  • Prozessanalyse und -verbesserung: Anwendung von Lean- und Six Sigma-Methoden (z.B. DMAIC, Kaizen, Wertstromanalyse) zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Durchführung datengetriebener Analysen zur Prozessverbesserung
  • Schulung und Coaching: Entwicklung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden und Teams weltweit, Durchführung von Schulungen zu Lean Six Sigma-Tools, Coaching von Green Belts und Förderung einer globalen Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Entwicklung und Steuerung globaler Lean Six Sigma-Strategien, inklusive der Verantwortung für die Ausbildung und Zertifizierung von Green und Black Belts, sowie Leitung internationaler Trainingsprogramme und Workshops
  • Regelmäßige Erstellung und Präsentation von Projektergebnissen an das Management sowie Sicherstellung der langfristigen Nachhaltigkeit der eingeführten Verbesserungen
  • Projektmanagement der Ops Ex Projekte: Tracken aller Projekte auf Termin, Kapazität, Kosten und Ergebnis im Rahmen eines LSS PMO
  • Abgeschlossene Aus- oder Weiterbildung oder Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Produktionsmanagement oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von Lean Projekten, idealerweise in einem globalen Produktionsumfeld und fundierte Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Lean-Methoden (Six-Sigma, WCM oder TPM)
  • Internationale Erfahrung: Fähigkeit, Projekte in einem globalen Umfeld zu leiten, mit ausgeprägter interkultureller Kompetenz und nachweisbaren Erfolgen bei der Implementierung von Prozessverbesserungen an internationalen Standorten
  • Erfahrung in der Schulung und Führung von funktionsübergreifenden Teams sowie der Förderung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, hohes Maß an analytischem und strategischem Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, Veränderungen auf globaler Ebene voranzutreiben
