Job Title: Global Welcome Partner

Location: St. Louis, MO/ Travel based


JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Global Welcome Partner plays a critical role for PRS's mission in delivering a smooth, welcoming, and well-coordinated arrival for international healthcare professionals entering the U.S. This team member will serve as the primary point of contact for newly arriving professionals, guiding them through the early stages of their relocation, and ensuring all logistics are managed with empathy, precision, and care.


This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to coordinate housing, transportation, documentation, and other vital components of the onboarding process.

Travel is required regardless of your proximity to a PRS market. The amount of travel depends on where client demand is.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and welcome international healthcare professionals upon their arrival to the United States, ensuring a smooth and supportive transition to life and work in the U.S.

Coordinate with landlords and housing providers to arrange move-in procedures, confirm availability, and handle pending payments.

Organize on-site facility tours and "meet and greet" sessions between professionals and client healthcare facilities.

Pick up rental vehicles for arriving professionals and provide orientation on driving laws and practices in the U.S.

Accompany professionals and their families on initial shopping trips to help them secure essential household items.

Assist professionals in setting up U.S. cell phone service and ensuring connectivity for immediate communication needs.

Track, reconcile, and submit monthly expenses in accordance with company policies.

Maintain, organize, and update data across shared platforms and tracking systems.

Respond to inquiries and provide timely follow-up to internal team members, vendors, and professionals as needed.

Manage personal travel arrangements and coordinate specific accommodations for healthcare professionals' arrivals.

Document deployment activities, status updates, and communications using the company's CRM system.

Participate in ongoing process improvements and take on additional responsibilities as identified

Requirements

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older.

Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel frequently, often weekly, primarily across the Midwest and East Coast regions.

Driver's License: Must possess a valid and active U.S. driver's license.

Vehicle Operation: Ability to confidently drive a 12-15 passenger van is preferred.

Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and resourceful problem-solver who listens attentively, handles challenges gracefully, and maintains a customer-first mindset.

Independence & Accountability: Capable of working independently and efficiently in both remote and in-office settings.

Customer Service Orientation: Warm, approachable, and helpful demeanor essential for creating a positive and welcoming experience for international nurses.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and fluctuating workloads.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred.

Strong Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage logistics, data, and multiple tasks simultaneously
