Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into accurate reports and dashboards that support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
  • Write basic to intermediate SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
  • Monitor KPIs and identify trends, patterns, and data discrepancies.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure report accuracy.
  • Automate recurring reports and reduce manual reporting efforts.
  • Maintain documentation for reports, data sources, metrics, and reporting processes.
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
  • Present insights and findings to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts, BI teams, Operations teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience or knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of KPIs, metrics, and reporting processes.
  • Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of Power BI DAX and Power Query.
  • Experience with report automation.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and data warehouses.
  • Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or Agile methodologies.
  • Internship, academic projects, or prior experience in reporting, data analysis, or business operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience.
