Job Description

Blue Purpose is looking for a motivated, curious, and hardworking individual to join our software development team and help us build and improve software AI tools.

This is an entry-level position designed for someone who is comfortable using AI, learns quickly, follows instructions carefully, and enjoys solving problems. Extensive programming or artificial intelligence experience is NOT REQUIRED. We are looking for someone with the aptitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

  • Use AI tools to assist with developing and improving software features.
  • Work with our software development team to turn ideas and requirements into working solutions.
  • Read and understand detailed instructions, requirements, documentation, and AI-generated information.
  • Help research problems, generate solutions, troubleshoot issues, and improve existing software.
  • Test AI-generated solutions and identify when something does not work as expected.
  • Ask thoughtful questions and work through problems independently.
  • Help identify opportunities to make our products and internal processes better and more efficient.
  • Document work clearly and communicate progress to the team.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent reading comprehension and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with AI tools.
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn.
  • Hardworking, dependable, and self-motivated.
  • Curious and comfortable experimenting with different approaches to solve a problem.
  • Ability to follow detailed written instructions.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to recognize when an AI-generated answer may be incorrect and investigate further.
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

Experience

Previous professional software development experience is not required, but have demonstrated initiative and problem solving abilities.

Some familiarity with software development, technology, AI tools, or basic coding is helpful, but we are more interested in your ability to learn, think critically, use AI effectively, and get things done.

You May Be a Great Fit If You

  • Regularly use AI tools to learn, research, create, or solve problems.
  • Enjoy figuring out how things work.
  • Are the type of person who keeps working on a problem until you find a solution.
  • Can read detailed information and accurately understand what is being requested.
  • Learn new technology quickly.
  • Take initiative rather than waiting to be told every next step.
  • Are a creative person

About the Role

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with modern AI tools while contributing directly to real software products. You will work alongside our development team, learn our products and technology, and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills grow.

We are looking for potential, work ethic, curiosity, and initiativeโ€”not years of experience.
