What this job involves:

The Maintenance Mechanic supports operation, inspection, and light maintenance processes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities. This is an entry-level position that provides excellent opportunities for growth in the engineering field. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and technicians at our Broomfield Oracle site, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to the seamless operation of critical building systems. If you're looking to build a solid foundation in facilities maintenance with a company that invests in your development, this is your opportunity.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Assist the engineering team in the maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment

  • Perform general maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting

  • Complete assigned work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and maintain appropriate service documentation

  • Maintain tools, parts, equipment, and supplies in clean and safe conditions

  • Work closely under the direction of Operating Engineers, Chief Engineers, and other team members

  • Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs

  • Support on-call or emergency response situations as part of a rotating schedule

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of related experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

  • High school diploma

  • Valid state driver's license

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall

  • Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift, and/or drive

  • Must possess and maintain a

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Light bulb replacement experience

  • Small plumbing repairs experience (flush valves, etc.)

  • HVAC system knowledge

  • Carpet tile installation or repair experience

  • Familiarity with CMMS or work order management systems

Location: 7 Loveton Circle, Sparks Glen

Work Shift: 2 options:

1)Monday to Thursday 6am to 4pm

2) Tuesday to Friday 6am to 4pm

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

50,300.00 - 61,600.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
