Job description

JOB SUMMARY This role is within the Transfer of Asset (TOA) team, a critical function focused on facilitating seamless and timely asset transfers. The team collaborates with customers, contra firms, and internal business partners to ensure positive transfer experiences. The position operates on a hybrid model, requiring three days per week in the office. Key Responsibilities • Review client requests and ensure all required documents are obtained and in good order. • Communicate appropriately with clients and internal support when requirements are not met. • Validate submissions within designated timeframes to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Assist with daily reporting. • Provide transfer support to front office representatives. • Identify opportunities for process efficiency and potential exposure minimization. • Build and maintain relationships with other operational teams to enhance the client experience. • Collaborate with outside firms to resolve transfer-related concerns and coordinate asset movement. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience. • 1-3 years of experience in operations, financial services, or a similar environment. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documentation and identify discrepancies. • Ability to work in high-volume, deadline-driven environments and meet SLAs. • Solid communication skills, including the ability to follow up with external firms and internal teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to work across multiple systems. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
