Travel to Office expectations For Remote Roles

If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings.

Position Summary:

This program leader will evolve our customer evidence marketing strategic plan. They will nurture and build advocacy for products and packages that drive revenue to support business goals. They will create value stories and customer marketing assets to foster upsell opportunities and influence churn mitigation. This role will support both Senior Care and Acute & Payer, navigating and influencing stakeholders from both business units to institute advocacy and evidence best practices. This individual will utilize their breadth of understanding about our industry and products from PointClickCare's full portfolio

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the creation of evidence-based proof point marketing assets, use critical thinking for prioritization of customer story pipeline, institute best practices for capturing evidence-based customer value stories and produce foundational story slide assets, and secure customers' approval to use their logo - objections handling / influencing, convincing customers of mutual marketing benefits
  • Continuously evolve a database of multi-modal customer evidence assets, collaborating with Product Marketing, Demand and Content teams to make decisions about more robust asset types (manage assigned budget).
  • Ensure assets are available to stakeholders in easily accessible format according to a variety of criteria and use cases. Communicate/collaborate cross-functionally to ensure assets are fully leveraged through all available channels (Templafy, ShowPad, Online Communities, Customer newsletters, Social, and Adoption campaigns)
  • Gather, interpret, analyze program data and provide insights/make recommendations/ find solutions to ensure program outcomes show value and reduce churn. Leverage data and insights to manage performance/ KPIs - continuously optimizing and improving program performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Passion for building trust, fosteringrelationships, and communicatingeffectively with customers
  • Strong time management, organizational, interpersonal, communications, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize while maintaining urgency, thoughtfulness, and keeping an eye on the KPIs and success metrics for customers and our business
  • This role requires strategic thinking skills, relationship-building abilities, flexibility, exceptional communication (written and verbal), and a highly collaborative spirit

$99,000 - $110,000 a year

At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US base salary range for this position is $99,000 - $110,000 + bonus + benefits, non-overtime eligible. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
