Insurance Sales Representative | Path to Agency Ownership

Are you a strong salesperson looking for an opportunity where your effort can build more than just your next paycheck?

Farmers Insurance District 31 is seeking motivated professionals who want to take their sales experience and turn it into a long-term business opportunity.

This role is designed for people who enjoy sales, building relationships, and creating results, but also want the opportunity to eventually own and grow their own agency.

What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in candidates with:

  • Previous sales, business development, or customer service experience

  • A competitive, self-motivated mindset

  • The ability to work within our local market area

Previous business ownership, management, or leadership experience is a plus.

Insurance experience is helpful, but it is not required. Candidates who do not currently hold their insurance licenses can receive guidance on the licensing process.
