As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

  • Open availability is required for at least 2 out of 3 shifts, and weekends as needed. Such as Day/Swing, Swing/Grave, or Day/Grave.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

  • Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
  • You are a great Team player!
  • You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
  • You present a physical deterrent by performing Patrols on foot and by car, or alternative means provided.
  • You understand you will work at more than one location and have ability to work at least 2 out of 3 shifts and may include some or all of a weekend need.
  • You limit vagrancy, theft, vandalism, or threats for a safe experience.
  • You provide rapid response in critical situations.
  • You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
  • You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
  • You can operate and maintain vehicle and other assigned equipment safely.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

  • You are authorized to work in the U.S.
  • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
  • You have or can obtain a PILB within 5 days of an offer.
  • You have a valid Driver's License.
  • You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
  • If you have 1 year Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience; even better!
  • You have superior people skills.
  • You are at least 21 years of age.
  • You are able to walk, stand, or sit throughout assigned shift, and handle and weather conditions.
  • You have superior work ethic and integrity!
  • You have or can obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification within 7 days of an offer.
