  • 0-2 years of construction, carpentry, cabinetry, furniture installation, or similar experience
  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools and able to read a tape measure and take basic measurements.
  • Dependable, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions and work as part of an installation team.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds with assistance and regularly stand, bend, kneel, and climb ladders.
  • Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
Career Growth, Benefits & Compensation

Precision Cabinets is committed to developing our employees. Employees who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, craftsmanship, and leadership potential may have opportunities to advance into higher-level technical, lead, supervisory, or management roles. The company intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay range of $26.00 – $27.00 per hour. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience.

Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, profit sharing, and the Company's 401(k) plan. No phone calls or third-party solicitations. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
