Paul Davis Restoration of Huntsville is part of a National Franchise Organization that provides services to cleanup and repair damage to institutional, commercial, and residential properties due to fire, water, mold, storm or other disasters. Paul Davis is based around a can-do attitude and thrives on innovation and excellent customer service. The Paul Davis Franchise Network focuses on offering services in communities,

Responsibilities:

The estimator will use multiple software programs such as Xactimate and Symbility to sketch and type up property claims.

Duties:

● Handle day-to-day admin task

● Sketch and type up various estimates in a timely manner

● Coordinate with insurance adjusters to ensure accurate revisions

● Provide detailed updates and notes per claim

● Daily communication with Estimator and Project Management Staff

Qualifications Required:

  • Xactimate/ Symbility Estimating Software required (Sign-on Bonus)
  • Experience in Microsoft applications
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized flexible
  • Detailed-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team player

Highly Preferred:
