Help Protect Families While Growing Insurance Professionals

Farmers Insurance District 40 is looking for an experienced Life Insurance Agent to join our district office team. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for life insurance sales with coaching and supporting agency owners throughout Michigan.

In this role, you'll work directly with clients to provide personalized life insurance solutions while partnering with Farmers agency owners to help them grow their life insurance business. If you're someone who enjoys educating others, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Life Insurance Agent, you'll play an important role in helping both clients and agency owners succeed.

  • Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend personalized life insurance solutions.

  • Quote, present, and help close life insurance policies.

  • Partner with Farmers agency owners to support life insurance sales and increase production.

  • Lead product training and sales coaching for agency teams throughout the district.

  • Assist agents with case design, underwriting questions, and the quoting process.

  • Build relationships with new and existing clients through networking, referrals, and follow-up.

  • Help identify cross-selling opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Contribute to the continued growth of District 40's life insurance business.
