We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Office Manager for our Public Adjusting Office / Operations Manager to lead our growing property insurance claims team. This position requires someone who understands the property insurance claims industry, can manage daily office operations, supervise a team of 10 employees, and ensure the office runs efficiently and productively.
This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior experience working with a Public Adjuster, Insurance Adjuster, or within the property insurance claims industry.
Requirements
✅ Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
✅ Experience working for a Public Adjuster, Insurance Adjuster, Restoration Company, or Insurance Carrier
✅ Strong knowledge of property insurance claims and claim processes
✅ Previous management or leadership experience
✅ Detail-oriented and highly organized
✅ Computer savvy with strong Microsoft Office and reporting skills
✅ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✅ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
