Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Utilize customer input and/or specifications to help in the selection of applicable products
  • Develop solutions to meet customer needs
  • Develop, deliver and follow up on accurate customer quotes in a timely manner
  • Support the delivery of positive customer outcomes throughout the quoting and fulfillment process
  • Support the outside sales team in meeting customer expectations
  • Work with customers to determine project scope

Requirements

  • Will possess a four-year engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Will have working knowledge of valves, instrumentation, controls and the relevant industries
  • Will have the ability to develop and deliver solutions based on an understanding of the technical and business challenges of our market

  • Must have the ability to multi-task
  • Must be a team player able to work closely with Account Managers and employees from other business units
