Responsibilities
The successful team member will have a thorough knowledge of residential water heater flush and plumbing inspection concepts. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, have exceptional communication skills, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial for maintaining the functionality of water heaters by performing routine inspections,flushes, and ensuring proper residential water flow. This is an hourly, non-exempt, at-will position, with additional earning incentives. This is a full-time position with overtime. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime.
  • Primarily responsible for independently conducting routine home plumbing inspections, water heater flushes, and ensuring proper water flow.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on water heaters to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Perform minor repairs and installations.
  • Review Position Agreement for monthly expectations.
  • Lead setting for Water Heaters, Water Filtration, Sewer Laterals and Home Re-pipe jobs.
  • Complete all tasks in accordance with company quality and safety standards and city plumbing
    requirements.
  • Perform diagnostic repair service calls in accordance with company standards.
  • Serve clients by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, investigating complaints,conducting tests, and resolving problems.
  • Establish service by studying system requirements, ordering, and gathering components and parts and performing acceptance tests.
  • Cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information.
  • Keep company issued tools, vehicle and equipment clean, operable and up to date.
  • Document work is performed in accordance with company procedures for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and participate in ongoing training programs to update knowledge of current plumbing and industry standards.
  • Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions

  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor/manager.

  • Ability to fluently speak, read, write in the English language.
  • Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of the business.
  • Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience & clean driving record
  • A criminal background check and drug test will be run after receiving a conditional offer.
  • Service Titan experience preferred
