Key Responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager:

  • Client Relationship Management: Work closely with business clients to address inquiries, resolve account questions, and renew contracts.
  • Sales and Marketing: Recommend tailored products and services to meet client needs, close deals, and achieve both individual and team sales goals.
  • Order Fulfillment: Manage customer orders, ensuring seamless processing and delivery.
  • Customer Insights: Collect and analyze client data to create actionable reports and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Product Expertise: Stay informed about our product offerings, promotions, and sales terms to better serve clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to team success by sharing insights, strategies, and feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields (preferred but not required).
  • A positive and professional attitude with a client-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively.
  • A high school diploma or higher (required).
  • Eligibility: 18+ years old.

Compensation and Details:

  • Pay: $56,643 - $76,064 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.
  • Schedule:
  • Full-time, 8-hour shifts.
  • Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
  • Location: Primarily on the road, engaging directly with clients.
