Job Title: Lab Technician
Client: Food Manufacturing Company
Duration: 7 Months
Location: Elk River, MN 55330
Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST

Job Summary
• Perform laboratory testing and analysis to support food safety, quality, and production operations
• Conduct routine testing, maintain records, and ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Entry-level laboratory role with hands-on testing and quality support responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Test raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Perform quantitative and qualitative laboratory analysis
• Monitor and calibrate laboratory instruments
• Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Document and maintain accurate test results
• Communicate findings to internal teams
• Support food safety and quality initiatives
• Maintain laboratory records and customer specifications
• Assist with laboratory trials and experiments
