What you will do:

The Maintenance Technician I is an entry level position responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities. This role supports overall operational reliability by maintaining systems, minimizing downtime, and ensuring a safe working environment.

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facility systems
  • Inspect equipment and identify issues to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational problems and implement effective solutions
  • Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate service records
  • Interpret manuals, drawings, and technical documents to support maintenance activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment performance and efficiency
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as needed
