You'll Offer:


  • 5+ years of experience in treatment coordination or a similar role within the dental industry
  • Infectious enthusiasm, persuasive charm, and top-notch service to turn patient hesitation into confident decisions
  • Expertise in simplifying dental terms, mastering techniques to motivate patients, and guiding them to accept recommended treatment

  • Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of patient cases at various stages of the treatment process, including multiple unclosed cases with patients at varying buying stages

  • Proficiency in dental terminology, treatment planning, case presentation, and efficiently scheduling appointments within our "Perfect Day Template"
  • Meticulous attention to detail when documenting patient information, financial arrangements, treatment progress, and payments
  • Quick problem-solving abilities to address patient concerns, time, or financial obstacles while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work seamlessly with the clinical team and support staff for a seamless patient experience
  • Proficiency with computers and openness to learning new software and applications
  • Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated with the latest dental treatment options and techniques, and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced "organized chaos" dental practice
  • Warm, empathetic, and authentic demeanor to build lasting relationships with patients and make them feel safe
