Perform dental cleanings including scaling, root planing, tooth polishing, and periodontal maintenance.
Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs and oral health evaluations.
Take and interpret dental radiographs including panoramic, bitewing, occlusal, periapical, and bisecting angle techniques.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and overall dental health.
Maintain strict adherence to infection control and infectious disease protocols.
Assist in administering local anesthesia as needed for patient comfort.
Document treatment plans, patient histories, and clinical findings accurately.
Collaborate with dentists and team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
Participate in continuing education to stay current with dental hygiene best practices.

Salary Range

Full-time $57 - $65 per hour

Requirements
  • Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years)
  • Infection Control License
  • Licensed dental hygienist
  • X-ray / Radiography Certification

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in Ohio.
1-2 years of dental hygienist experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong skills considered.
Proficiency in dental terminology, patient assessment, and dental radiography techniques.
Knowledge of infection control and infectious disease protocols.
Ability to perform local anesthesia administration.
