Responsibilities
  • Engage actively in the PLACE New Agent Launch program to master lead generation and prospecting scripts
  • Nurture and transform inbound sales leads into scheduled appointments
  • Identify and convert outbound sales prospects into confirmed appointments
  • Assess leads to determine motivation and financial readiness, providing detailed information to real estate agents
  • Oversee database management and generate productivity reports
  • Dedicate time to continuous skill enhancement through training and script rehearsals
  • Develop expertise in the local real estate market
  • Participate consistently in weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Monitor and document all activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology
