Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator AssistantLocation: [Location]Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMLooking for a great first career opportunity?

We are seeking an Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator Assistant to join our growing export packing and logistics team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent high school graduates, college graduates, or individuals looking to start a career in logistics, supply chain, shipping, customer service, or operations.

No previous logistics experience is required. We will provide training for the right candidate.

What You'll Do
  • Enter and maintain customer and shipment information in company systems
  • Assist with tracking incoming and outgoing materials
  • Help maintain files and records
  • Support customer service and coordination activities
  • Communicate with team members regarding shipment status and documentation
  • Assist with inventory and office supply tracking
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Support the Logistics Coordinators with day-to-day operations
