$22 - $25/Hour + Unlimited overtime at time and a half

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking two Logistics Coordinators to join our operations team. This is an outstanding entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in logistics, supply chain management, operations, or data analytics.
Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, validate, and maintain shipment information within internal logistics systems
  • Analyze shipment and operational data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for customers and internal leadership
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support operational compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipment issues and service exceptions
  • Support process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, visibility, and customer experience
  • Ensure high levels of data accuracy and attention to detail in all operational activities


What We're Looking For

  • Associate’s Degree
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Previous experience in an office, administration, or logistics/supply chain role (preferred)
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and technology platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
