🚨 We’re Hiring: Logistics Assistant — Charlotte, NC


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, NC.


This is an entry-level, in-person position and a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in logistics, transportation, or operations. The role will focus on driver communication, shipment tracking, POD uploads, and daily operations support.


Position Details:


Job Title: Logistics Assistant

Location: Charlotte, NC

Work Type: In person

Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Pay: $17 per hour

Experience Level: Entry level

Parking: Provided


Responsibilities:


• Call drivers to confirm they are active on tracking

• Follow up with drivers throughout the shift as needed

• Help ensure shipments are properly tracked and updated

• Upload PODs, or Proofs of Delivery

• Communicate tracking issues to the operations team

• Maintain accurate shipment and delivery information

• Support daily logistics and transportation operations


What We’re Looking For:


We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and comfortable communicating by phone. No prior logistics experience is required — we are willing to train the right person.


The ideal candidate is:
