Founded in 1996 in South Africa and identified in London Stock Exchange's '1000 Companies to Inspire Britain', M&S Logistics is a global tank container operator specialising in the intermodal transport of bulk liquids with a fleet size of over 9,500 tank containers. The company's headquarters is in the UK with offices in the Netherlands, Singapore, South Africa, Korea, China, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Taiwan, India, France, Germany and The Americas with further office openings planned this year.

Job Title: Data Entry/Cost Control

The purpose of this role is:

Assist with data entry processes involving vendor and customer invoices

Assessment for this role will be:

CV, competency based interview and job based testing.

This position has arisen due to continued growth in the Company.

This is a basic data entry beginning position for a state entry level candidate, no experience required with potential to advance.

Good IT, verbal and written communication skills are essential to the role as well as a high ability to solve problems combined with excellent follow-up skills. Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with the customers, including resolution of disputes, as well as the US teams are also essential. Furthermore, good attention to detail, accuracy and arithmetic skills, combined with good time management skills to effectively meet the financial and operational KPIs, are also essential for this job role.

The candidate needs to live in commuting distance to our Houston office.
